Steps for Opening Your Cash Drawer from the Register

1. In  the Register, find the Open button in the gray box to the right, next to the word Till and click it.

2. Your Print window will open, select your receipt printer and click to start the print.
3. A very short print will come out, and your cash drawer will open.

If your cash drawer is not yet configured to open, please check the following things:

• The receipt printer needs to be powered on.
• The cash drawer needs to have an RJ45 cable (a phone line) plugged into it on one end, and into your receipt printer on the other.
