Open the Cash Drawer
October 01, 2024Steps for Opening Your Cash Drawer from the Register
- In the Register, find the Open button in the gray box to the right, next to the word Till and click it.
- Your Print window will open, select your receipt printer and click to start the print.
- A very short print will come out, and your cash drawer will open.
If your cash drawer is not yet configured to open, please check the following things:
- The receipt printer needs to be powered on.
- The cash drawer needs to have an RJ45 cable (a phone line) plugged into it on one end, and into your receipt printer on the other.
