Receipt Print Panel Changes

Printing receipts just got easier.  We’ve redesigned the Receipt Options panel to make receipts and transaction details clearer and faster to use. Instead of having to manually expand multiple options, everything is now displayed in a single, organized view. Print and digital options are separated into distinct sections, and the transaction summary has been moved to the top for quick visibility—including any change due back to the customer.

Transaction Totals

  • The transaction summary has been moved to the top.
  • Change Due is now placed at the top and has larger red text to make it stand out more.

 

Selecting Print Receipts

  • These options are multi-select.
  • After selecting the receipt type you can multi-select other receipt options if needed. All printed receipts will print without the need to return to the print window.  

Example: If a thermal receipt is selected along with a Work Order claim ticket (these print on different sizes of paper) the print dialogue for the thermal receipt will appear first, immediately followed by the claim ticket browser print dialogue box.

 

Select Receipt Type Section

Select the Type of receipt (paper size) – this will determine gift receipt paper size.

Other Receipts - Optional

  • The Gift Receipt will print on the paper size selected under the Select Receipt Type area.
  • The receipt will print first and the gift receipt along with the quantity selected will print on the following pages.

Claim Ticket

Printing the claim ticket for a Work Order is new to the print window receipt options and appears when a transaction with a Work Order deposit or pickup is made.

Please Note: You must have the Form Style for Claim Ticket active for the Location you're working from in order for this option to function.

Digital Receipts

  • By default, these will be unselected (unchecked).
  • If there is a customer selected and that customer has phone and email information, those details will show by default but can be changed.

 

Printing and Sending Receipts 

The Receipt Options panel is designed to execute all selected options on a single click of the Confirm button at the bottom. Once all choices are confirmed, the system executes all print options are sends all digital options.
